Format:         

Team Score Kept. (Seven runner five to count)

Varsity races are 5000 Meters (limit to 7 runners per team)

JV races are 5000 Meters                                

Middle School race is 3200 Meters

Race Time Schedule:                   

Middle School 3200 M        12:00 PM

Women’s Varsity               1:00 PM       

Men’s Varsity                   1:45 PM

Women’s JV and open        2:15 PM

Men’s JV and open            2:45 PM

Awards Ceremony             3:30 PM

Awards:        

Team trophy to top 3 varsity teams

Special awards to top 15 finishers in each varsity race. 

CC pins to top 30 J.V. finishers in chute

CC pins to middle school race finishers in chute

Entry Fee:   

Varsity Races are  $80.00 per team. ($150.00 if you enter both a men’s and women’s team.)

JV and open races are free to paid teams members, all others will require a $5 donation to Plymouth men’s cross country

Middle school race is free to all middle school age students
